What is a domain name?
Domain names are used to identify particular Web site or Web pages. People type in domain names in the browser's address bar to go to your website.

How long does it take for my domain name to be active?
It takes between 24 and 72 hours. You need to allow up to 72 hours for the new name server information to fully propagate in order to access your account through HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP services using your domain name.

How do I upload my website's files?
You can use Windows file explorer or FTP Clients, e.g. Filezilla, to upload the files through FTP using the username and password given by Lemohost.
1. File explorer
a. Type ftp://ftp.lemohost.com in the address bar.
b. Right click on the right space below and select "Login as...", fill in the username and password given by Lemohost..
2. Use FTP Clients, e.g. Filezilla
a. Enter the host, username and password, click "Quickconnect" to connect to the FTP server.

How do I send email through your system?
You can send your email using following methods:
1. Webmail clientGo to cPanel -> Mail -> Webmail, choose your desired webmail clients
2. Setup your own mail client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook)
Go to cPanel -> Mail -> Webmail -> Configure mail Client, you can find the "Manual Settings" for setup.
